After 40 years of craftsmanship, brothers Dan and Eric are retiring. The Taitan workshop is closing for good.
Every pan we’ve ever made began as a simple idea between a chef and an engineer:
create titanium cookware that never warps, never flakes, and never compromises your health.
A pan that makes cooking fun and safe again.
This final release marks the end of our family-built legacy.
Once these pieces sell out, they will never be produced again.

From the Brothers Behind Taitan
“Twenty-five years ago, we were just two brothers trying to solve a simple kitchen problem. I (Dan) was the chef constantly battling warped pans and peeling coatings. Eric, the engineer, finally looked at me and said, ‘Then let’s build a pan that actually lasts.’
That small idea in our workshop became Taitan — real titanium cookware made to perform, to endure, and to be trusted. We never imagined it would grow into the brand it is today.
Now, as we prepare to retire, we’re proud and grateful. Knowing that so many cooks and families rely on the pans we created means more than we can say. Thank you for being part of this journey. We poured our hearts into Taitan, and it’s an honor to see it live on.”
